喬爾·惠利（Joel Wherley）

Joel L. Wherley是VITAS Healthcare的總裁兼執行長（CEO）。VITAS Healthcare是全美領先的安寧療護和緩和療護提供者之一。Joel負責管理公司及全美員工的策略領導、營運績效和行政管理。
喬爾於2016年加入VITAS，擔任安寧療護營運資深副總裁。他於2017年晉升為執行副總裁兼營運長，於2024年被任命為總裁，並於2025年被任命為CEO。任職期間，他在推動臨床營運、促進永續發展以及培育以服務、關懷和責任感為基礎的價值文化方面發揮了關鍵作用。

Joel currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Alliance for Care at Home, representing the interests of the care-at-home community and supporting efforts to advance access to high-quality home-based cared. He also serves on Board of Directors of the South Florida Hospital & Healthcare Association, supporting its mission to advance healthcare delivery across local communities. In 2022, he was appointed to the inaugural Advisory Board of the Home Care Innovation + Investment Conference (HI2), a national platform dedicated to positioning the home as the cornerstone of the future healthcare system.
