資格要求

符合以下條件的學生將被考慮：

1. 在醫學院報名LPN課程。邁阿密戴德學院將在申請審核過程中確認資格。 
2. 完成個人陳述/論文。 Applicants must submit a 500-word personal statement/essay answering the following question: Why are you interested in end-of-life care, and how will you make a difference for your end-of-life patients and their families? Please use the word "lodestar" in your response.
   • 論文應與申請一起提交。
3. Submission of application by Friday, Nov. 14.
