Senior Director—User Support
The Sr. Director of User Support is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing and management of all technical and operational requirements related to IT Field Support and IT Service Desk teams. You will create and maintain a technology support model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years of management experience preferable.
The Senior Analyst-Programming is responsible for assisting in the development and re-engineering of corporate software systems. As a developer, responsibilities include analysis, programming, team participation, user interaction, and system integration. Qualified candidates must have five to 10 years of Peoplesoft programming experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
IT Service Desk Manager
The IT Service Desk Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing and management of all technical and operational requirements as they relate to a 24/7, multi-location Service Desk. To qualify for the position, candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience in IT, preferably in an enterprise environment, with at least three years’ management experience running a Service Desk.
The Application Administrator is responsible for driving innovation and operational performance in the deployment of new functionality, services, and products for the Service Management application. You will deliver detailed design/architecture plans and assess solution requirements while addressing challenges of systems integration, compatibility and multiple-platform integration. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor of science degree and 3-5 years of IT work experience in systems administration, programming or design.
